Product Description

BOBAN Vacuum Suction Shale Shaker independently designed and manufactured by our technical team, which has combined the advantages from different equipments. It improves the treatment effect of the original shale shaker and achieves the purpose of highly efficient ecovery of drilling fluid and reduction of drilling waste discharge. Its working principle is to install a set of vacuum suction device under the last screen of the shale shaker, and use pulsating air to form a vacuum state with certain frequency to absorb materials, so as to improve the recovery of drilling fluid and reduce the fluid content of drilling cuttings discharged.

1. It can be used for mud purification treatment of oil-based mud (OBM), water-based mud (WBM) and composite-based mud (SBM);
2. It can be applied to the reduction treatment of high-viscosity drilling mud, the drying treatment of drilling cuttings without falling to the ground, and the coarse filtration treatment of high-viscosity and high-solid-content oil sludge;
3. The vacuum suction shale shaker can retrofits the user's existing vibrating screen to install a vacuum suction device, which is easy and quick to install, and does not damage the working performance and structure of the original vibrating screen;
4. Through the matching vacuum suction device, the ordinary solid control vibrating screen can be installed with a higher mesh screen without worrying about the problem of pulp running;
5. The vacuum suction system can be connected with two ordinary vibrating screens at the same time to realize the vacuum suction function.

6. There is no need to increase the footprint of the equipment to meet the needs of small spaces such as offshore platforms;
7. A small vacuum suction shaker can be installed externally, which can be used to transform ordinary vibrating screens into negative pressure vibrating screens.
